The idea of finding love after being single for a while can feel overwhelming—the fears arise, as does the feeling of joy of what comes with a relationship. This meditation embraces all of it, honouring the journey, the hopes, the anxieties, and guiding you toward a path of peace and connection. 

I created it to challenge outdated narratives about marriage and relationships passed down through generations. Now is the time to create balanced relationships where both individuals love and freedom in who they are first and foremost and from that, ultimately finding deep love, respect, and appreciation for one another.

Raw, unedited, and written from the heart, this meditation reflects my genuine belief that love finds a way. It is not written or recorded by AI, but born from the belief within me that real love is sacred and divinely guided—meant to unfold in its own time, without pressure.
